Correctional Officers have participated in the Walk a Mile event for years and we look forward to continuing to raise money to combat sexual assault. We encourage all Officers to strap on some high heels and participate in this event!

Law Enforcement groups from across Alaska participate in the Polar Plunge to help raise money for the Special Olympics. This is a great way to promote a positive image of Correctional Officers as Law Enforcement to the public. This will be our 2nd year putting together a CO team for this event. We encourage Officers to come jump in a freezing cold lake with us for a great cause.
